Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and gbaje2 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gbaje2.net (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as any additional policies and rules published on gbaje2.net, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the individual Bonus Terms applicable to each promotion.

gbaje2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any modified terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

These terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing gbaje2 from Bangladesh, including but not limited to users located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this Agreement shall prevail.

Section 2

Eligibility & Accounts

To register and maintain an account on gbaje2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gbaje2 strictly prohibits participation by minors. Any account found to be held by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, but any winnings generated will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, associations, and other non-natural legal persons may not hold player accounts on gbaje2.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended gbaje2 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure without notice.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether online gaming is permitted where you reside, you bear sole responsibility for making that determination before registering.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number associated with a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in your own name.

gbaje2 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Your gbaje2 account credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. gbaje2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

Section 3

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gbaje2 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gbaje2 does not apply currency conversion charges. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gbaje2 balance within minutes of a confirmed transfer on your mobile wallet. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 3 business hours to reflect on your account balance depending on the originating bank. gbaje2 does not currently charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gbaje2 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have passed identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following standard timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Typically 15–30 minutes after approval
• Upay: Typically within 1 hour after approval
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Within 24 hours after approval
• VIP Account Holders: Priority queue regardless of method or time of day

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the gbaje2 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gbaje2 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or destination, in order to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.

gbaje2 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where a chargeback or payment reversal dispute is pending from the same account. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Section 4

Bonuses & Promotions

gbaje2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the individual promotion terms and this general Agreement, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.

Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit of the minimum required amount are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Using multiple accounts or payment methods to claim the welcome bonus on more than one occasion constitutes bonus abuse and is subject to full forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

The following general conditions apply to all gbaje2 bonus offers unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for the promotion. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry of the bonus period.
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used for wagering before real-money funds. However, when both bonus and real-money balances are held simultaneously, real-money bets placed from the real-money balance do not count towards bonus wagering requirements.
• gbaje2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where it suspects the offer is being systematically exploited or abused.
• Bets placed at reduced risk — including but not limited to matched betting across outcomes, use of betting software, or arbitrage strategies — do not qualify as valid wagering contributions for bonus purposes.

Section 5

User Obligations

As a registered user of gbaje2, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended entertainment purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Allowing or enabling any third party — including family members, friends, or associates — to access, operate, or place wagers through your gbaje2 account.
• Opening, operating, or having an interest in more than one gbaje2 account, whether under your own name or under a different identity.
• Using any software, robot, spider, algorithm, scraper, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for regular human users.
• Attempting to circumvent or exploit any technical vulnerability, game flaw, software error, or platform malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the gbaje2 platform for any purpose connected to financial crime, fraud, or illegal activity of any kind.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise communicating abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content through any communication channel on the Platform, including live chat or customer support.

You further agree to notify gbaje2 promptly if you become aware of any security vulnerability, unauthorised access, or suspected fraudulent activity affecting your account or the Platform generally. Responsible disclosure of security issues is welcomed and should be reported to [email protected] with the subject line "Security Disclosure".

gbaje2 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment for all players. Any User found in breach of the obligations set out in this section may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonus balances forfeited, and any winnings associated with the breach voided, at gbaje2's sole discretion.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All content published on gbaje2.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the exclusive property of gbaje2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The gbaje2 name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of gbaje2. All game titles, graphics, and associated assets are the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are used by gbaje2 under valid licensing agreements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from gbaje2.net without prior written consent from gbaje2.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on or within the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of gbaje2.net on any other website or application without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's content or intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your account licence and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable laws. gbaje2 actively monitors for content misuse and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

gbaje2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete the required identity verification (KYC) process within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from gbaje2.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other form of financial misconduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from any payment provider in connection with the account.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A legal or regulatory requirement, court order, or directive from a competent authority requiring gbaje2 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to the Player's own breach of this Agreement, gbaje2 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, void any pending withdrawals arising from activity that constitutes a breach, and retain any real-money balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach has been established and the account is closed at gbaje2's discretion for operational reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings or contact support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Section 8

Liability & Disputes

gbaje2 provides its Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbaje2 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. gbaje2 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gbaje2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, gbaje2 accepts no liability for:

• Any hardware or software failure, internet connection interruption, or power outage on your side that causes a game session to be disrupted or a bet to be placed incorrectly.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider, including mobile network outages affecting bKash, Nagad, or Rocket services.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential.
• Winnings generated as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake. gbaje2 reserves the right to void any such bets and return the original stake to the player.
• Any third-party content, products, or services linked to or referenced on the Platform.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a transaction, or the application of a bonus, you must first contact gbaje2 customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. gbaje2's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Complaints submitted after the 30-day window may not be investigated.

gbaje2's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to the Player's right to escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body if gbaje2's internal resolution is not satisfactory. Players are reminded that gambling involves financial risk, and gbaje2 cannot and does not guarantee winnings on any game, sport, or event offered on the Platform.
